OVERVIEW
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We may be able to use your account information do to this. Depending on the item.
There are certain situations where you may receive a partial refund or denial of a refund altogether:

Once we have received your request for a return, please allow up to 24 hours for our response. We will contact you via email in order to process your return.
Once we have received your return and the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, and the item has been received by our team, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of the approval date. Please note that your bank may withhold funds from appearing in your balance for a time. Please contact your bank if you suspect that your funds have been withheld.
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be paid by ArtDoggy.US. Please allow time for your exchange to arrive. You will be sent tracking information about your exchange to the e-mail on file.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot and will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Refunds are considered when a product does not meet the expectations it was given. We at ArtDoggy are extremely thankful for every customer we get, and having an opportunity to serve a customer is a beautiful component of life we continuously enjoy. With that in mind, our goal is to make our customers happy through mutual agreement.
An item returned is eligible for a refund when it meets the criteria above. If you have not received your item yet, but the item is already on its way to you, then you must wait for the item to arrive prior to beginning the return process.
If you have recently placed an order, and wish to modify or cancel the order. You will have six(6) hours from the order time to request a modification or cancellation of an order. We give this grace period in order to make sure any mistakes are corrected prior to crafting your order.
Please note that depending on how you have paid for the purchase may impact the total amount given. This may or may not be dependent on factors that are outside of the control of ArtDoggy.US. Always inspect and understand the Terms & Conditions of your payment provider choice to see if their terms have an impact on transfers.
If you wish to cancel outside of the 6 hour window, then a 25% fee will be deducted from your total, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. No exceptions.
MODIFY OR CANCEL RECENTLY PLACED ORDER

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be performed when an item is defective or when certain items cannot be returned. Examples of items that cannot be returned are:
Bras
Underwear & Lingerie
Swimsuits
Certain Limited or Collector Items, which are labeled within their individual listings as non-returnable.
Anything that has been visibly stretched or damaged to the point of it being unsellable as per the standards of the ArtDoggy QC Team.
Items with missing, altered, or damaged packaging outside of a threshold of reasonability.
If an exchange is approved, you will need to send the original item to us via your own shipping methods. Once we have received the exchange item. We will review its condition and exchange it for the item necessary to fulfill the exchange. The new item will have postage paid by ArtDoggy.US. If we see that the item is beyond the scope of an exchange due to one of the conditions stated above. We will notify you via e-mail and give you options based on the situation.
Once an item is exchanged it will not be eligible for a return or exchange in the future.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit will be applied to your account if you have been approved for store credit. We are not responsible for accounts that you no longer have credentials for, or lose access to. This credit will remain in your account for as long as you have an account with ArtDoggy.US.
