RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Damaged, Missing Important Labels, etc.
• Downloadable software products
• Underwear, Swimwear, Socks, Bras only qualify for an exchange or in-store credit. Please visit https://artdoggy.us/return-policy for full details.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We may be able to use your account information do to this. Depending on the item.

There are certain situations where you may receive a partial refund or denial of a refund altogether:

• An item may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on whether labor will be performed on the product in order to restore it to new condition. If the product is damaged, please see below.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Such products may not receive a refund. This will always be on a case by case basis.
  • If your item is denied a refund for this reason. We will notify you via e-mail. ArtDoggy.US will pay the return shipping to ship your item back to you. If there is an issue with returning the item, such as bulkiness, failure to sign proof of delivery, damaged on delivery, or similar issues. We will not be held responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to a case by case review to determine whether the item is still eligible for a return. Normally this is conducted without any additional steps from the customer; however, if the item was approved for shipping and is received in an untimely manner, we may contact you to about your order and take additional steps. Such as.
  • A Partial refund.
  • Denying the refund and returning the product to the customer.
  • Offering an exchange only.
    • Please note that ArtDoggy.US will give a grace period of seven(7) days for an item to be received by our return department regardless of how close it is to the 30 Day return window. Example: Customer receives product and 29 days after receiving product decides to return the product. Customer is approved for a return on that day. Customer will then have until end of day 36 for the item to be received by our return department.
    • Please note that returns will not be reviewed and/or approved on weekends, as we are closed. If you fall outside of the 30 day window due to this reason to make an exchange, we will typically use the date of the return form in order to make the decision for your request. This ensures that your return will still be processed in a way that is fair to both parties.
• An item that has been previously been exchanged will not be exchanged again.
• Any item that is suspected to be a counterfeit or altered in some way will not receive a refund, and additional actions may be taken.

Once we have received your request for a return, please allow up to 24 hours for our response. We will contact you via email in order to process your return.

Once we have received your return and the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, and the item has been received by our team, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of the approval date. Please note that your bank may withhold funds from appearing in your balance for a time. Please contact your bank if you suspect that your funds have been withheld.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Shipping your return

To return your product, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be paid by ArtDoggy.US. Please allow time for your exchange to arrive. You will be sent tracking information about your exchange to the e-mail on file.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot and will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Refunds are considered when a product does not meet the expectations it was given. We at ArtDoggy are extremely thankful for every customer we get, and having an opportunity to serve a customer is a beautiful component of life we continuously enjoy. With that in mind, our goal is to make our customers happy through mutual agreement.

An item returned is eligible for a refund when it meets the criteria above. If you have not received your item yet, but the item is already on its way to you, then you must wait for the item to arrive prior to beginning the return process.

If you have recently placed an order, and wish to modify or cancel the order. You will have six(6) hours from the order time to request a modification or cancellation of an order. We give this grace period in order to make sure any mistakes are corrected prior to crafting your order.

Please note that depending on how you have paid for the purchase may impact the total amount given. This may or may not be dependent on factors that are outside of the control of ArtDoggy.US. Always inspect and understand the Terms & Conditions of your payment provider choice to see if their terms have an impact on transfers.

If you wish to cancel outside of the 6 hour window, then a 25% fee will be deducted from your total, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. No exceptions.
